Shipping + Handling
- Domestic insured shipping available via USPS Priority Mail from Atlanta, GA OR seller's preferred shipping method.
- Worldwide insured shipping via DHL from Atlanta, GA.
- FREE shipping within the continental U.S. on orders over $500.
- Shipping cost is based on weight, final destination and order quantity.
- Client will be notified of final shipping costs and closing balance after completed order is packaged and ready for shipment.
Returns + Exchanges
- Ethnic Elegance stands by our product quality. Product returns/exchanges are only accepted for defective merchandise. Return of defective within 14 days of delivery will be at our expense. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. To obtain a RAM please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the defect, an attached photograph and the original order number in the subject line.
Defective merchandise may be refunded or exchanged. Merchandise must be returned, no exceptions.
- Returns or exchanges as a result of damage caused by shipping/handling or customer misuse will not be granted under any circumstance.
